Vegetable and Fruit Carving Competition

The Science and Maths Club of Mount Carmel School organized a Vegetable and Fruit Carving Competition for students of Grades 5 to 8 on the 27th of July, 2024. This fun-filled event provided a creative platform for students to showcase their artistic talents by transforming fruits and vegetables into beautiful objects such as flowers, birds, trees, and more..

A total of 67 students participated in this exciting competition, displaying remarkable skill and imagination. The event was judged by Mrs. Vidyashree and Mrs. Apoorva, esteemed faculty members of Mount Carmel School, who evaluated the students' creativity and artistic expression.

The main objective of the competition was to introduce students to the basic gestures and techniques of vegetable and fruit carving. It aimed to enhance their artistic skills while encouraging free expression and the development of their creative potential.

As expected, the students enthusiastically participated in the activity, actively engaging with the challenge and demonstrating great creativity. The event not only helped them develop their artistic abilities but also provided valuable skills that could benefit them in the future.

The Vegetable and Fruit Carving Competition was a resounding success, fostering a spirit of creativity and imagination in all who participated.
