Patroness Day Celebration

Mount Carmel School joyously celebrated its Patroness Day on the Feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, which fell on Monday, July 15, 2024. The day was a reflection of the manifold blessings bestowed by Mother Mary of Mount Carmel, honouring her protection and guidance over the school's academic and co-curricular endeavours.

Puzzle Solving Competition

In an effort to strengthen students' cognitive abilities and enhance their critical thinking skills, the Science and Mathematics Club of Mount Carmel School organized an engaging Puzzle Solving Competition on 17th June 2024. The competition saw enthusiastic participation from 129 students across Grades V to VIII.

To encourage students to think innovatively and creatively, and to instil the values of recycling, reusing, and reducing waste, the Science and Maths Club of Mount Carmel School conducted a Best Out of Waste Competition for Grades 5 to 8 on October 26, 2024..

A Debate Competition was successfully conducted on the 14th of September, 2024, on the thought-provoking topic: "Is Mobile Technology a Boon or a Bane for Educational Progress?" The event provided a dynamic platform for young minds to showcase their intellectual talents and oratory skills. Held in the school auditorium at 11:00 AM, the competition was organized by the Social and Eco Club for students of Grades 5 to 8.

On the 17th of August, 2024, Mount Carmel School organized a Patriotic Song Competition for students from Grades 1 to 8, under the banner of the Social Club. The event was held to celebrate the spirit of unity and love for the nation, while also nurturing the students' musical talents and performance skills.

The Kindergarten Speech Competition, held on the 8th of August, 2024, was a wonderful display of the talents and growing confidence of our youngest learners. The event began at 10:15 AM in the school auditorium, with eager participants and supportive audiences filling the space.

The Science and Maths Club of Mount Carmel School organized a Vegetable and Fruit Carving Competition for students of Grades 5 to 8 on the 27th of July, 2024. This fun-filled event provided a creative platform for students to showcase their artistic talents by transforming fruits and vegetables into beautiful objects such as flowers, birds, trees, and more.

On Thursday, September 19, 2024 Mount Carmel School witnessed a delightful Rhyme Singing Competition for our Pre-Primary children, organized by the Language Club. The event, held from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM, saw the participation of 50 enthusiastic young children.
